About Janay Logan
Janay Logan didn’t stumble into real estate. She walked in with intention, after a lifetime of serving others, earning hard-won credentials, and getting crystal clear on what she was put here to do.
She was born and raised in the Bronx. Moved south in high school. And after graduation, she made a decision that would define the next chapter of her life: she joined the United States Army. She rose through the ranks, led with composure, and retired as a Chemical Corps Captain, a title that doesn’t come to people who give up when things get hard.
After knowing my values and identifying my passions, the path became clear. I wanted to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
She then pursued a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri Science and Technology, adding sharp business acumen to her already formidable foundation. A Doctorate in Business Administration is next.
But credentials don’t tell the whole story. What drove Janay to real estate was something deeper, a genuine desire to serve. To sit across from a family, understand what they really need, and guide them toward a home that fits their life. Not just any home. The right one.
Today, Janay is a Realtor with Out Of The Box Real Estate, serving clients across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. She believes in quality over quantity. That means every client gets her full attention, her honest guidance, and a process that never feels rushed.

Born and raised in New York, where she learned to move fast, think sharp, and never back down.
